The public is sceptical when someone points out that “our” governments are spraying the air _over large tracts of land _with harmful chemical agents.
Just this morning (Jan.23, 2012) our sky was streaked with chem-trails. It has been shown and demonstrated that these cloud-like trails, spewed out by passing jets, contain malignant biological and chemical compounds.
The two brief new items below prove that our skies are being sprayed with harmful and disease causing constituents.
The following article describes a Health Dept’s plan to drop rabies vaccine packets from the air.
And, just below that, I’ve posted an intro from the British online Guardian news which features government reports admitting they were spraying Britain’s skies with biological components and germs as TESTS on an unsuspecting public.

The Texas Department of State Health Services will drop vaccines from the air Wednesday.

The baits don’t pose a risk to humans, but organizers say you should avoid them because animals are less likely to eat the bait if a human has touched it. (End of article)
The Guardian ——- Millions Were In Germ War Tests.
The Ministry of Defence turned large parts of the country into a giant laboratory to conduct a series of secret germ warfare tests on the public.
A government report just released provides for the first time a comprehensive official history of Britain’s biological weapons trials between 1940 and 1979.
Many of these tests involved releasing potentially dangerous chemicals and micro-organisms over vast swaths of the population without the public being told.
While details of some secret trials have emerged in recent years, the 60-page report reveals new information about more than 100 covert experiments. (End of intro) See source link #2 for full article.
